Please note that our product packaging uses a compression ratio in line with international standards. Upon receiving your wedge pillow, you may find it flattened due to compression. Simply allow the pillow to sit in the air for 24-48 hours; it will fully expand to its original shape. Should you still find the pillow flattened after this period, simply wait another 24-48 hours, and it will fully expand.
